ThoughtNeutral Privacy Policy

ThoughtNeutral is an iPhone app that helps users access app features through an account and subscription. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how users can contact us.
Information We Collect
Account Information:
When you sign in, we may receive basic account information from your sign-in provider, such as your name, email address, and provider-specific user identifier.
Authentication Providers:
ThoughtNeutral supports Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.
Subscription Information:
ThoughtNeutral uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and purchase status. RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, subscription status, product identifiers, transaction information, and app user identifiers so we can determine whether your account has access to paid features.
App Backend:
ThoughtNeutral uses Supabase to store account-related data needed to operate the app, including user identifiers, email addresses when available, entitlement or whitelist status, and related app data.
App Store Purchases:
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Let you sign in securely
- Check whether you have an active subscription or free access
- Restore purchases
- Provide app functionality
- Prevent abuse and troubleshoot issues
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
Whitelisted Users
Some users may be granted free access manually. For these users, we may store account identifiers such as email address or user ID so the app can recognize that paid access is not required.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the app, including:
- Apple, for App Store purchases and Sign in with Apple
- Google, for Google Sign-In
- RevenueCat, for subscription and entitlement management
- Supabase, for authentication, database, and backend services
Each provider processes data according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Data Retention
We keep account and app-related information for as long as needed to operate ThoughtNeutral, provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may request account deletion by contacting us.
