Subscriptions
ThoughtNeutral offers auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store:
- Monthly subscription: $1.99/month
- Annual subscription: $19.99/year
- Free trial: 1 week, when available
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.
Manage or Cancel a Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription from your iPhone:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select ThoughtNeutral
- Choose the option you need
Restore Purchases
If you already subscribed but the app does not recognize your subscription, open ThoughtNeutral and use Restore Purchases from the paywall or account/subscription screen.
Refunds
App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit:

Account Deletion
To request deletion of your ThoughtNeutral account and associated data, contact:
